1. Product & Orders

  • Each piece is crafted with care; slight variations in colour, embroidery, or finish may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.
  • All orders are subject to availability. In the rare case a product is unavailable, we will notify you and offer alternatives or a Credit Note.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • We accept secure online payments through our authorised payment partners.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Domestic orders are shipped within the timelines mentioned at checkout.
  • For international orders, delivery time may vary based on customs clearance.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • Issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Returns must reach us within 14 days.
  • Exchanges are available for size, colour, or style (subject to stock).
  • If an exchange is not possible, we will issue a Credit Note.
  • Please note: products that are worn, customised, altered, or damaged post-delivery cannot be returned. Sale items, jewellery, bags, and accessories are final sale unless defective.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, and designs, belongs to Label Neha Sinha. Use of any content without permission is not allowed.

6. Liability

We strive to provide accurate product information and timely deliveries. However, we are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier disruptions or customs hold-ups.
