Return & Exchange Policy

At Label Neha Sinha, we want you to feel delightfully confident in your purchase. If something isn't quite right, here's how we make it smooth and simple:

Key Guidelines

1.   Report issues within 48 hours of receipt.
2.  Return products within 14 days of delivery.
3. Exchanges can be made for colour, size, or style, subject to availability.
4. If you prefer not to exchange, we’ll issue a Credit Note for future use.

Acceptance Criteria

  •   Returns accepted only if items are unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging with tags.
  •   Eligible reasons include damage, defects, or incorrect delivery.
  •   Not eligible: items that are worn, customised, or damaged post-delivery, as well as sale items, gift cards, jewellery, bags, and sunglasses (unless faulty).

Domestic Orders Process

  1. Mark the item(s) and reason on your invoice.
  2. Pack securely in the original packaging.
  3. Send it back via courier to our return address below.

International Orders

  • Exchanges and refunds are not available internationally.
  • If the order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at care@indosapiens.com within 48 hours.
  • Wait for a “Return Accepted” confirmation before sending the item back. Returns must arrive within 14 days.
