The Process — Step by Step

Confirm the design, discuss customizations, get a quote, pay the booking amount to confirm the order.

Connect over video call for first-time basic measurements, personally guided by Neha. This starts the embroidery — each kali/panel is made to your length.

Receive an order sheet with all outfit details and customizations confirmed in writing.

Relax, or request a quick progress update via ping/call. Hand embroidery is time-consuming — can take days to months.

Final fitted measurements are taken just before stitching, in case your body has changed, so the fit comes perfect.

Once ready, pick up or we ship it. Pictures/video of the finished outfit are shared before the final payment, due at pickup or before dispatch.
